City University of New York (CUNY) no script: just text: https://math.sci.ccny.cuny.edu/page/accessibility-and-mathjax/ here are some MJ examples https://pressbooks.cuny.edu/accessibilitytoolkit/chapter/stem/ Drawbacks: 1. Highlighting an expression with text does not read it in Reading Mode. Instead it reader tries to read some irrelevant fragment, (in case of our test reads "Numerically" instead of "and that allows the user to isolate components, such as the term under the radical. This means that fragment of user interest is not available unless user has to read all the page from the beginning. This is unacceptible. 2. MJ 3.2.2. A bit old. 3. Using MJ pop up menu does not make reader working. Trying to solve this and and selectibg Activate on this menu, simply "wipes out" all expressions from the page completely. 4. The only working expression is paragraph style (not inline) "An equation with audio" But it is not integrated into generic reader natively.
