MH17 crash is still a puzzle

Sep. 28, 2014.

This is just a draft.
I just begin learning about the case.
Correct me if i am wrong.

The part of the puzzle is that efforts of all investigators are too sparse and not coherent.

1. Examination of audio and video “evidence” submitted to mass media does not have details or
is hard-to find in a volume of Internet posts.

If Russian criminal investigators, Nikolai Popov (?), made spectral analysis of “audio interception”, the details should be
published. Briefing is not enough. It stems a lot of pro and contra speculations.

Ordinary user is lost.

There is a lot of public investigation is going on BUK-video in “Krasnoarmeisk-Kramatorsk-Tores-Snejznoe”.
If spectral analyzis has been used to extract the sign “st. Dnepropetrovskya, 34”, it should be posted.
It is not possible to see it by naked eye.

The postboard itself should be identified, photographed, and posted.

It is important to translate important findings from Russian.

2. Behavior analysis.

It is important to reveal motives and give clue in which direction to conduct
the real facts investigation.

It’s not a replacement for proof, but 100% accurate finger-point who is lying.

And it is very simple to accomplish.
All people need is just to collect (mass-)media posts regularly in a database and cross match them.
Otherwise, the data is going to be forgotten, lost, manipulated, or erased.

3. Community must demand full release a data from FDR and CVR.

Non-availability of them is a behaviour-clue of conspiracy.

4. Community must demand full release of data of US military-satellite records and Ukrainian records.
After all, there is a “Freedom of information act” in US.

It is hard to expect this demand will go from US-citizens. They used to be indifferent to “Lies-in-their-face”
during Iraq-WMD government lies. And after all, they seem to be busy to survive they
daily work hardship, who can blame people for this …

If “Dutch investigation commission” did not use satellite and radar-activity interception data provided from Russia,
the commission must publish forensic, spectral, or other scientific proof that these data is a fake.

The commission has broken logic. It assumes if the “damage” is caused by “shrapnel-like” explosion outside of the
vessel, this excludes jet’s attack. This silently excludes a logical possibility of double attack.
What caused the commission to “forget” about logic?

Nothing is said about mysterious U-turn detected ? by global ? radar system and by Russian ? radar system.
If something did stop FDR and CVR at 13.20.03, why this did not stop the vessel for few more minutes?
It is possible to take control this vessel model from ground station; is this possible to stop recorders from
ground station?

Without all above, the effect of “Dutch commission” was mere delaying of investigation and loosing precious time.

Some of following posts seem prominent and well balanced.
They do not treat public as idiots and leave space for own conclusions.

This contradicts to Russian version, but not much in depth:

This is not true that Vladimir Putin is “isolated”

September 7, 2014.

Yes, this is perhaps true that “there is no western leader who Putin can count on” [ 1 ].
But, there are views of independent “Western” people who agree that NATO and US policies are unfair if not inhumane and dishonest. These views are not cheap agitations and propaganda, but mature and confident appreciation of Russian politics.

Child-like logic of BBC article “Russia ‘will react’ to EU sanctions” By Steve Rosenberg BBC News, Moscow

This is our comment on the article in BBC

Russia ‘will react’ to EU sanctions
By Steve Rosenberg BBC News, Moscow

This is just a brief thoughts. Correct us if we wrong.

“NATO maintains that the alliance’s eastward enlargement in Europe has helped spread freedom, peace and stability across Europe.”

Democracy is not made by military advance of one country to another. In contrary, democracy is created by example of democratic country. Democracy creates by ethical and cultural development of country itself.

Moreover, military advance of “democratic” country to “non-democratic” damages democracy.

North Vietnam took their constitution from “American Independence Declaration” [1], but USA responded with bombs, which delayed democracy on region shifted it to more communist-like regime.

USA orchestrated Iranian coup in 1953 [2] which lead to cancellation of democracy. Continuous support military and economic actions against Iran since collapsing Shah’s regime, by US makes Iran people suspicious about purpose of democracy and damages democracy in Iran.

Liberating Germany from fascism in 1945, commonly, credited as helping to make Germany democratic does not count. It was war against aggressor, so it was morally justified in eyes of Germans. So, it is a shame of own actions did help to restore democracy.

And by the way, Germany knew about democracy non-less than, say USA and had established democratic institutions ( as Welfare ) before USA had it. And democracy does not prevent fascism and racism. Democratic country can elect fascist leader. Democracy is just a freedom, freedom for choice of good and bad.

The quality of democracy based on ethical and cultural development of the country.

Another example of “promoting” democracy is US occupation of Iraq in 2003 [3].
Civil wars since that still last till 2014.

2. Another child-like motive in the article that “Putin is paranoid” or no one can “explain him that NATO is for own his good”. This assumes that one man makes politics.
Child like approach. This is not about Putin, this is about Donbass residence who oppose NATO. Speak up with victims of shelling in Donetsk, whom they blame to. Some of them think that NATO and Europe is a cause. Look at the videos from bombing scenes. Look at the interviews. There are plenty of them in Are you blind?

Author apparently unable to see that peace and stability reached Europe after collapse of SU, is because SU just stopped the cold war voluntary, voluntary did not object for the freedom of former republics. This was just because the maturity of public mind in SU. So, NATO should be dissolved at this time.

NATO seems paranoid. And driven by US interests. Prosperity interests have nothing in common with justice or morality. They are simply about different things. Not a surprise that behavior of US politics is behavior of a thief coming to other country.

This is how US is viewed by rebels or ordinary Russians. This is not a matter of single man, politician, Vladimir Putin, or historical Kremlin motive as a “fortress”.

I was attracted to US democracy and freedom in 1994. But now as a tax payer and resident of US, i am directly responsible for fascist politic of this country. Quite sad.

Why Wikipedia began politicized

May 3, 2014.

1. Historians who label joining Crimea to Russia in 2014 as "annexation" should first do their homework.
They first should recognize that Crimea's "joining" to Ukraine in 1991 was illegal.

They should recognize that joining to Ukraine happened not in 1954 but in 1991. What happened in 1954
meant "nothing" because there were no Ukraine and no Russia but one country, Soviet Union. If was one country officially
and most important because there was no actual division in practice and in minds of people. All national
differences were suppressed or not felt, so it made no difference what is on the paper.

What really happened was Russian Crimea in 1917 and then it suddenly began Ukrainian in 1991.

But this is not so important as important the opinion of Crimea's people.
This opinion was betrayed by Russia be series of agreements between Ukrainian and Russia in 1991 - 1994 - 1997.
What really happened in 2014 is simply resolving a problem created by illegal annexation of Crimea to Ukraine.

2. If you are a citizen of US, living to say in Texas or Florida, how would you feel if your state has been transferred
to Mexico in 1991? "Unimangenable", you can say ... So, why this is "imaganable" what has been ( prepared in 1954 and )
actually happened in 1991 with Crimea? Are Crimean people worse then you?

So, lets pretend that now, in 2014, Texas is a part of Mexico. And by some internal instability,
there is a coup d'etat in Mexico and interim government removes native language of Texas and makes a Spanish as the only state language.
Do you want still speak English? Do you want your children no having English as an equal language in your country, Texas?

Apparently you would like to go back to US. If you hold a referendum which results in taking decision to join US back, what
you expect from president of US to do? Ignore own people in Texas? Betray them again? How this president will look
in eyes of other American states?

But there is even worse. There is a third party, which has own interests and don't care about native population ... native
population of Crimea and, in our imaginary example, of Texas. In case of Crimea, this is a NATO which opposes to Russia since end
of cold war. In case of Texas, let's pretend this is a China who now has own interests in Mexico, but you, citizen of Texas
don't want to follow China just because China supports a coup d'etat or "Mexican Revolution", call it whatever one want,
but you, citizen of Texas, don't care how to call, all you care you don't agree with it.

3. Without proven support, it is very misleading to call events in Ukraine "Russian military intervention". There always will be
"foreign" people from other countries who came to support rebells like it was in Spain before WWII, or in Afganistan, in Iraq,
in Palestine. This does now mean though "Foreign intervention". Foreign intervention means sending regular troops.
Of course, there can be many Russians filtering into East Ukraine, so what?

In case, if one has a proof, one can call this topic "Russian covert" operations in Ukraine. But one cannot, because there
is no evidence. And why Russia needs such covert if there is already strong anti-government sentiment in Eastern Ukraine?
Russia let all the "territories go own way" in 1991 freely, this is not a mindset of Russians to grab land, which is felt
in abundance in their country.

PS. More details:
1783 - Crimea came to Russian control.

"...Mexico gave the U.S. undisputed control of Texas, ceded the Mexican Cession in 1848, ... "
