Standard Wordpress themes cannot add logo image. This plugin is a fix. 
This should be temporary solution until your developer codes custom theme with logo.

This plugin:

 - it presumes that when theme is upgraded, the CSS-path ( full CSS title element selector ) does not change,
 - it inserts logo in the moment after page has been landed; it may be a bit of flicker,
 - requires a bit of user-CSS-literacy to add logo to custom theme;

Usage: after activating plugin, go to wp-admin/Appearances/Logo Hunter and follow instructions there.
